After an initial “discovery” session, which creates the alliance between you and your coach, the basic structure of coaching is half-hour sessions over the telephone four times per month. Sessions include:
  • Interactive work to clarify your values, set goals, and see things from different perspectives

  • Discovering your compelling way--what gets you excited about your life and what motivates you to get into action

  • Learning about your unique gifts and how to utilize them

  • Gaining insight into where you are now and what will give you more meaning and depth as you move forward

  • A safe space to move toward the life you want and deserve while breaking through self limiting beliefs that hold you back

  • A weekly check point in order to report your progress, regroup, learn, and strategize your next steps
